1 Definitions & Scope of Work

MakeySite provides professional native PHP and Tailwind web design, custom development, landing page creation, e-commerce stores, LMS portals, and digital transformation solutions starting at ₹4,999. The scope of work, technical deliverables, milestones, and deployment timelines for each project are mutually agreed upon prior to project commencement via formal proposals, invoices, or direct client communications.

2 Pricing, Invoicing & Payments

• Upfront Transparency: All development packages are offered with clear, transparent pricing and zero hidden monthly subscription traps for standard code deliverables.
• Payment Schedules: Projects typically require an initial milestone deposit or full upfront payment as stated on your invoice before coding commences.
• Final Handover: Final source code delivery, database transfers, or live server deployment is executed upon full clearance of all remaining invoice balances.

3 Client Obligations & Assets

To ensure smooth execution and prompt delivery, clients are responsible for supplying necessary text copy, brand guidelines, graphic assets, product details, and web hosting credentials. Timely feedback during review stages is essential; extended delays in providing required assets may postpone final launch dates.

4 Revisions & Modifications

Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds during the design and layout development phase. Major structural changes requested after final layout sign-off or deployment may incur additional development fees billed at standard hourly or project rates.

5 Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full and final payment, the client receives complete ownership of their website files, custom native PHP code structure, and UI assets developed specifically for their project. MakeySite retains the right to showcase completed works in our public portfolio unless a formal non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is executed beforehand.

6 Warranties & Limitation of Liability

MakeySite delivers clean, tested native code. However, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server downtime, domain registrar failures, malicious cyber attacks, or unauthorized modifications made to the source code post-handover.
