Once your initial deposit is confirmed, we immediately set up a dedicated WhatsApp project group and email thread with your lead developer for real-time tracking, feedback sharing, and milestone updates.

We deploy your work-in-progress build to a secure staging URL (e.g., staging.makeysite.com/yourproject) so you can test features, check mobile responsiveness, and request tweaks directly.

To point your domain, log in to your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Hostinger, Namecheap, etc.) and update your nameservers or A-Record to match the hosting provider details supplied in your deployment guide. Contact our team if you need step-by-step assistance.

Your hosting server must support PHP version 8.0 or higher, MySQL / MariaDB databases with PDO extensions enabled, and standard Apache or Nginx web server configurations with URL rewriting (`mod_rewrite`) active.

Log into your hosting cPanel, navigate to "Email Accounts", click "Create", enter your preferred username and password, and allocate mailbox storage. We can also guide you through this setup during your project delivery phase.

If you notice any layout glitch, broken link, or form submission issue, take a screenshot or screen recording, and send it directly via WhatsApp (+91 74281 01952) or email to support@makeysite.com. Our engineering team reviews and patches reported issues under warranty promptly.

Complimentary post-launch support covers fixing any code bugs, contact form submission errors, responsive alignment glitches, or server configuration mismatches identified immediately after launch.

You can request minor text edits, extra pages, or custom modules anytime by contacting us for a modular add-on quote or subscribing to one of our monthly maintenance retainers.

Invoices detailing advance deposits, milestone payments, and final settlements are emailed automatically upon transaction completion. If you need a duplicate copy for GST or accounting purposes, request it via email at billing@makeysite.com.

Standard projects typically follow a 50% advance deposit to initiate design/coding, and the remaining 50% balance upon final staging approval and prior to live server deployment.

Upon full project sign-off and balance settlement, we provide a secure ZIP archive containing all clean native PHP files, Tailwind CSS assets, JavaScript files, and database export SQL scripts, or push them directly to your private GitHub repository.

All sensitive credentials, database passwords, and API keys are stored securely using environment files (`.env`) isolated outside the public web root directory, following industry-standard security best practices.
