When you commission a project with MakeySite, initial deposits or upfront milestone payments are allocated toward resource scheduling, initial wireframing, and custom code setup.
For multi-stage projects, payments tied to completed milestones (such as layout approval or backend integration) are non-refundable once that specific milestone has been reviewed, approved, or deployed by the client. If a project is terminated midway by the client, billing is adjusted based on the percentage of actual development work completed.
Once final source files, database migrations, or production deployments have been successfully handed over to the client following full payment, refund requests cannot be accommodated due to the digital and reproducible nature of software assets.
