Because our native PHP and Tailwind web development services involve dedicated engineering hours and milestone-based execution starting at ₹4,999, our cancellation and refund guidelines are structured to protect both our clients and our development team.
If you decide to cancel your project before development has officially commenced (prior to wireframe approval and code architecture setup), you are eligible for a 100% refund of any initial deposit paid. Refund requests during this phase must be submitted in writing via email or official WhatsApp support within 24 hours of payment.
Once a project enters active coding, UI layout implementation, or database configuration, initial deposits and completed milestone payments become non-refundable. This is because engineering hours, design resources, and server setup allocations have already been deployed. However, you will receive full ownership and export of all raw source code and assets completed up to the point of cancellation.
To eliminate financial risk, MakeySite structures projects into clear milestones (e.g., Deposit ➔ UI Design Approval ➔ Backend Integration ➔ Final Deployment). You only pay for the specific milestone currently underway. If you are unsatisfied with a completed milestone, our team offers unlimited revisions within the original project scope before moving forward.
If a client fails to provide necessary feedback, content, server credentials, or milestone approvals for more than 30 consecutive days without prior notice, the project will be marked as dormant. Reactivating a dormant project may incur a minor administrative resumption fee depending on server and resource allocations.
